Gabbiano Ankara Professional Backwash Unit with Adjustable Ceramic Basin, Black

Gabbiano Ankara professional backwash unit is an integrated salon washing station that combines a comfortable black chair with a deep, adjustable ceramic basin and the essential connection components for professional hair washing and care services. The complete construction is designed to keep the client supported while giving the hairdresser an organised, functional area for washing, rinsing and treatment work.

The Ankara combines a geometric salon-chair form with a white ceramic basin and chrome and black fitting details. Decorative side stitching adds definition to the black upholstery, while the integrated layout keeps the chair, basin, hand shower, mixer tap and drainage elements together in one dedicated workstation.

Integrated washing station for professional salon use

A backwash area needs to support both efficient service and client comfort. On the Gabbiano Ankara, the chair and basin form one complete unit. This helps the hairdresser carry out hair washing, rinsing and haircare services in a fixed working position with the main components within easy reach.

The shaped chair provides a stable seated position during the service. Its appropriately inclined backrest, upholstered armrests and formed seat support a comfortable posture while the client's head is positioned at the basin. The overall construction is intended for professional hair washing and care treatments rather than general seating.

Deep adjustable ceramic basin

The white ceramic washbasin has a deep profile that helps keep water and hair products inside the bowl during washing and rinsing. Its angle can be adjusted, allowing the basin position to be adapted to the client and to the hairdresser's working position. This reduces the need for every client to fit one fixed basin angle in exactly the same way.

The basin includes a profiled neck recess that supports the head during use. A black plastic neck cover reduces the cold contact sensation of the ceramic edge against the neck, adding a practical comfort detail at the point where the client rests during washing.

The ceramic material is durable, resistant to discolouration and scratching, and easy to clean. These properties are directly useful in a professional washing area where the basin is used repeatedly and regular cleaning is part of day-to-day salon organisation.

Mixer tap, hand shower and drainage components included

The Ankara is equipped with a mixer tap for hot and cold water. This allows the water temperature to be adjusted during the service according to the client's needs. The hand shower has a dedicated storage position, helping the hairdresser return it to the same place after use and keep the workstation organised.

A drain plug with strainer supports controlled drainage and practical salon hygiene. The set also includes the relevant connection and shower hoses, so the principal water-handling components are supplied as part of the same unit.

The water connection is positioned in the base, allowing the installation to be routed out of sight for a cleaner finished appearance. Fixing points in the base are provided so the unit can be screwed to the floor. This supports the stability of the complete backwash construction in a permanent professional setup.

Comfortable chair for washing and care services

The chair is shaped to support the client throughout hair washing and care treatments. It is filled with durable foam that resists deformation, helping the seat maintain its form during repeated salon use. Upholstered armrests provide a natural resting position for the arms and shoulders, while the inclined backrest supports a comfortable seated posture as the head is placed at the basin.

The upholstery is made from high-quality synthetic leather in black tones. The material combines an elegant appearance with durability and easy maintenance. Decorative stitching along the sides strengthens the finished salon look without changing the practical purpose of the chair.

Designed around the hairdresser's workflow

The adjustable basin angle is one of the most practical features of the Ankara. It allows the hairdresser to fine-tune the washing position rather than working around a completely fixed bowl. Combined with the profiled neck recess, this helps align the client more naturally with the basin during hair washing and rinsing.

The deep basin also supports controlled work by helping contain water and used hair products. At the same time, the mixer tap and hand shower place water control and rinsing directly at the washing station. The dedicated holder for the hand shower contributes to a smooth workflow by giving the tool a fixed storage point between uses.

The connection set and internal routing in the base keep the installation components concentrated around the workstation. This creates a tidier salon arrangement and allows the washing area to function as one integrated unit rather than as separate pieces of furniture and loose plumbing accessories.

Professional black salon furniture with a clear visual contrast

The Ankara has a contemporary geometric silhouette. Black upholstery and a black base create a calm, professional foundation, while the white ceramic basin and chrome and black fittings add visual contrast. The side stitching gives the chair a more finished appearance and reinforces the defined shape of the furniture.

This colour combination allows the backwash unit to fit into a wide range of salon interiors, from clean modern spaces to interiors that use warmer decorative accents. Its visual design remains closely connected to function, with the seat, backrest, armrests and basin all arranged around professional washing and care services.

For salons that need a complete fixed washing station

The Gabbiano Ankara is intended for professional salons looking for a complete backwash position with client seating, an adjustable ceramic basin and the main connection parts included. It supports hairdressers who want to carry out washing, rinsing and haircare treatments in one dedicated area with the necessary water and drainage functions close at hand.

For the client, the formed seat, armrests, inclined backrest, neck recess and plastic neck cover work together to support a more comfortable washing position. For the hairdresser, the adjustable basin, deep bowl, mixer tap and hand shower make the working area easier to adapt and organise.

Choose the Gabbiano Ankara when a black professional backwash unit with a white adjustable ceramic basin, integrated salon chair and complete connection set matches the practical requirements and interior of the salon.
